Beefie Boys comes from a hardcore history of slinging beef on the North Shore.
Peter Nikolakopoulos grew up working in his family’s restaurants, where roast beef was part of everyday life. He started young—wiping tables at Harbor Roast Beef & Seafood before graduating to making roast beef sandwiches at John’s Roast Beef in Lynn in 1988.
His parents always wanted him to do something outside of restaurants, but beef was his passion. In 2001, Peter and his wife, Angela, opened Pomodori Ipswich. More than 20 years and multiple restaurants later, the idea for North Shore Beefie Boys was born.
In 2021, after years of planning, the Beefie Boys food truck made its way from California to the North Shore.
Now, you don’t have to travel for a great North Shore 3-way.
We’ll bring the beef to you.
